#How can I stop multi adaptive daydreaming.

I am struggling with multi adaptive daydreaming from last 5 years. I don't have anyone to talk with me I think in IRL that's why I daydreaming a lot. I can't even sleep, can't wakeup, can't concentrate on one thing, can't focus on my studies. Daydreaming is very dangerous. I don't know how can I get rid of this. If someone know pls tell me 😥

well, before everything, your in the wrong channle, but anyways.

Try staying around other ppl, you don’t necessarily have to talk to them (though it may do you good and keep your mind occupied), but they must be able to see you. This will limit your ability to daydream because, well, you wouldn’t do this - pause for no reason, pace, murmur and change facial expressions - in front of the others.

Do all the normal healthy stuff, try sleeping enough, eat atleast kinda healthy.

Get habits of your tasks, especially at time when your alone, bc, as established before, its the time were your the mostlky to AD

Step outside of your comfort zone, other stuff on your mind, may help.

I am taking daydreaming, digital detox, skill learning, healthy food, good sleep, Social skills, skincare, Daily routine for next 15 days till July 1, becouse on July 1 my school are opening
