The first thing you should do is assess any risks associated with coming out. I.e. your parents views on LGBTQ+ topics, you could try to start a discussion about some LGBTQ+ related topic and see how they react. If they have a positive reaction, you should be safe coming out.

Like I came out to my father as gay about a week ago and asked him to just tell my mother, but I haven’t told either of them that I’m also asexual
Yeah okay you always know that I ampan yes I am going on a date with my girlfriend that is pan so I will be able to tell her that I am also pan

ok. Do whatever you feel is right for you. Don't feel pressured to come out when you're not ready to.
