That's perfectly fine when you pop off like that. That just means you need to work on managing emotions. I have autism, so it is really hard for me to do that. What I do recommend is think of something that can make you laugh. Like your boyfriend tripping.

Or if you are really in that moment, I would snap a rubber band on your wrist, to feel that subtle pain for you to be back in present moment.
