I didn’t tell her cause last time I had a really bad panic attack she just told to quit it before she would pause my devices when my partner was trying to calm me down one day when I was playing VRchat

Thats good. Take cleaning up your room one step at a time, dont force yourself to do it fast, just stay calm, keep control of your breathing, and move as slow as you need

Well idk I am extremely scared of her because she could take away my devices and/or yell at me and she doesn’t know that I’m extremely sensitive to yelling…
My phone is my only way to communicate to my partner…
