I mean yes me and my partner have 2 year age gap but it's not even that big of age gap idk why people are having issues with it

My parents have 4 years age gap, so idk what’s the issue of 2 years

The point is my partner actually cares about me I don't get why it's big issue I get that they are worried because me and my partner decided to get back together but like it's me and my partner choice to get back together

Truth be told, an age gap is not that big of deal when you have something true going on with your partner and you love them for it. If your friends can't cope with that, they're, in my opinion, not worth your time and dedication. Focus yourself on building strong bonds with people that take you for who you are and don't judge on those little things. I have dated guys that are both younger and older, with sometimes 4-5 years of a difference and that's fine. Really. As long as you're happy and in a good, supportive environment. But also be certain that it is within the constraints of the law, in the sense of age differences, that as a minor you don't seek out adults or vice versa which could be detrimental.
