So I started having an eating disorder about two, three months ago, and honestly want to stop having one. I won't go into detail, but I've come down to asking my fiance to force food down my throat if I don't eat. Any advice on how to fix it in more healthier way?

Im having the same problem tbh, i'm not a professional but personnally i started asking myself what was doing this, and in my case, it is anxiety. Something that has improved my hunger is just doing sports, going outside with friends to think of something else so when its time to eat i'm more hungry. Maybe you should try to understand the cause of your problem ?
