if you like the opposite gender and someone of your own gender, you are Bisexual. If you like strictly the same gender, you are Gay.

if you are non-binary, ik you wont be able to say what the opposite gender is, so I'll leave it to others who have better definitions. my definition works in a binary sense (but gender/sex ain't binary)

Being gay can be liking only or mostly on masc.
Bi is liking two genders whenever it was fem and masc. Or non-binary and masc etc.
If you like more than two genders, you could be pan or Omni
Omni is with preference to some gender
Pan is without preference, therefore, gender blind

If you see a woman/girl/fem presenting being. Does it spark any thoughts of "relationship with her would be nice" or similar?

You shouldn't use masc/fem as a stand-in for men and women btw, they mean entirely different things

If you want to be nonbinary inclusive, man and women already includes any nb people who would identify under those terms (in both a casual and serious gender way)
