It may feel like the world is awful whenever you suffer any kind of loss, and I can relate to that deeply as someone who has lost many people in several different ways and circumstances.
It's going to be hard. Rarely will breakups be easy. Going off of the science, after the first breakup, the grieving period lasts around three months. The best thing you can do right now for yourself is to do some grounding exercises. Sit down, get some music that brings you some sense of ease, and count or list off colours around you. It sounds silly, like whenever someone tells you to breathe when you're panicking, but it is indeed a very real way to find some peace, even just for a moment.
Another way is to get creative. Make some vent art to release some of those tense and pent-up emotions you are feeling. My DMs are always open if you need to sit and rant for a while. Much love @opaque bison and I hope your healing goes smoothly for you <3
