Maybe there is a way you can distract yourself from it or try breathing exercises. If you want you can dm me
i've just gone and brushed my teeth, and its gone down ever so slightly
but yeah, distraction might be good
might go watch some youtube or play minecraft
i have panic attacks sometimes, but not recently because i'm doing better, but do you know of grounding techniques? like finding something really specific to focus on like counting the number of spots on ceiling tiles etc
sort of like distraction but more like being in tune with your surroundings
i know of some, but i haven't really tried any because i always forget </3
