I think I need to come out as bisexual to my parents and my friends, because I can't just stay hidden tucked away in the corner forever. My parents are a little homophobic they don't hate homosexuals, but they always say homophobic stuff to me, I always just awkwardly laugh it off, but it makes me feel like they aren't going to accept me... I don't know what to expect at this point. Should I talk with my therapist or should I talk to someone else? I'm just lost at this point..

hii! first of all: do you know if your friends are homophobic? try talking with them, and once you get their position on LGBTQIA+ you can try telling them.
i also recommend you talking to your therapist. they can help you with your feelings.
about your parents: do not come out to them if you think its not safe to. make sure you have a backup plan or not financially dependent in case anything goes wrong.
explain this to your therapist: your parents dont hate homosexuals but they say homophobic stuff to you, make sure they understand everything
hope everything goes okay!!
