ok, i suck at explaining but ill try my best here. ive been experiencing minor dysphoria (sometimes it gets bad) over my body, im not really happy with myself, i feel like a fat looser with a dad bod, i wanna loose weight but idk really where to start, i also kinda just feel empty in life. i dont really go outside and i dont really have any friends to talk to besides my bf, i dont really know what to do with myself

I don't know what it's like to have body dysphoria, but I know what it's like to feel stuck. I've been in a similar situation although it's slowly starting to improve. I recommend picking up a hobby (that actually interests you) that forces you to go outside and start cleaning up your diet. There's plenty of resources available online to learn how to eat clean. Of course exercise always helps, but it's a lot more manageable to implement healthy habits one at a time, using tiny, incremental changes. Don't feel pressure to change all your habits at once, on a dime. Just focus on doing something different or better each day.
