I've been so sick of my dysphoria lately. It's draining me so much and I can't do anything about it and it doesn't help I live in a transphobic household so it just makes me feel worse about my body. I feel sick every time I look at my body. It's been like this for a week now. I'm tired of it.

I just wanted to apologize in advance because I'm not very good at helping others out with this kind of stuff.
As someone who is also trans and in the same kind of household, I just wanted to say that I get the weight of dysphoria, it sucks a lot, but if I've been taught anything it's that these little or big problems help us grow in many ways while also giving us strength in a form when we need it, it's cliche I know but honestly if you're a boy, you're a boy, if you're a girl then you're a girl etc. You can't change being trans, you can hide it yeah, but it weighs us down more when we do. It doesn't matter if it's stretch marks, curves, no curves, beauty marks, anything, all that matters is you are happy with yourself, and frankly curves shouldn't determine a gender, love who you are, even when it feels like everyone doesn't, because in the end no body's opinion on you, is important, it's what you think, you feel, how you want to express yourself, it's all you, not some person who is scared of a normal thing
