Like I love lifting weights, it's my therapy fs, but to be completely honest it's kind of a form of coping that falls under SH, the same way that blasting my ears with really loud music is, and im about to go for a run and blast loud music in my ears, but i have never felt this mentally destroyed before in my life so i feel like i need something more. no, i wont do anything that seriously causes damage to me, i promise that, im too scared anyways, but tell me if you know any more healthy forms of ykw.

Personally I went into piercings but again it's not healthy to replace sh with body modification as it can still be sh
