A good start would definently be to express, however so, this conecern to her. It can help a lot just knowing that someone in the world still cares for you. Try and spend as much time as possible with her, (but don't overstress yourself) really just anything that keeps her off the thought. If things get really bad and you think it neccisary, you can always recommend she see a professional.
