I think my family saw my cuts after my dog scratched me and they forced me to show them my arms and I don't know if they saw them or not, they are healed but there is scars, i kept saying it's fine the scratch didn't hurt but they still made me show them, I just don't know what to do I been overthinking it for hours and I'm just scared

I recently went to get a checkup, and the doctor either didnt notice or didnt care about my self-harm scars, and he was touching my arm (where they are), so i was overthinking too. Dont overthink it (also dont self harm its bad, but we all know)
