First of all, do you know if they're accepting of the LGBTQ+ community?
If they're not, with your parents, you might want to consider waiting until you're not financially dependent on them

I'd say you should be fine in telling them now.
Ask if you can maybe talk with them in private. If they originally knew you as straight, let them know that you don't feel that way. Try to be straightforward about it.
Either that, or maybe find a time when they're both in the car with you and tell them. I did that with my entire family.
I told mine after we were watching a TV-show. I was pretty direct tbh, just told them: “I wanted to tell you something, I’m bi.“

They were really supportive, my mom told me that it doesn’t change anything, I’m still her son and will always be, and she’s glad that I told them.
