How do i come out to my irl parents

i am a nonbinary person both my parents don’t know i am bisexual or nonbinary and I don’t really know how to tell them cuz they are really hate the lgbtq+ and if i tell them i am scared they will yell at me

Same, I have known in bi for about 5 years now and still haven't said anything to anyone in my family, my sister knows but that's only cause of friends in school.
