I've always been extremely faithful to catholicism, but I recently found someone I love who is same gender trans to opposite gender. And same sex marrage would be considered a mortal sin. It's really tearing me apart because I truly love my faith but I also really want to be able to marry this person. What should I do?

yeah :( im a catholic too and i also love my faith. im learning to live with it, because, atm we can’t do anything. and sadly the new pope is against same sex marriage. you could try to hold faith and love the best you can! btw, if you need to talk im here :)

Yeah, I think I will hold onto my faith for as long as I can. But I'm not going to let go of her
