Wasn't sure where to post this, but I just thought I'd share the link to the band who helped me through my Mental Health Crisis during High School a few years back. I know the same things won't work for everyone, but this band genuinely helped me, and so, I share this in hopes of my little post helping those out there who are as I was several years ago.

I love you all, as much as a Stranger can. You are enough, know that there's someone out there who cares, even if you might believe it yet.

Look up a band called "Citizen Soldier". Frontman Jake Segura is a practicing Clinical Therapist, and the band presents a group therapy dynamic. They saved my life, I'm being serious.

While I can't currently post links, I hope this band helps you, stranger. Like they helped me.

That's all I want from this, they saved my life, and I'm hoping that this post will help others who were at a similar spot as I was.
