today i came out as non binary gender fluid & aroace gay demisexual and they wont accept me. they keep saying that theres "only 2 genders" and that i need to "pick one sexuality". please help what do i do

if it's not too rude to ask, could you explain the "aroace gay demisexual" part? how is one aroace and demi at the same time?

i can understand how springing all these labels on them would be intimidating, is there any way to simplify it at first for them and then later on just tell them the other bits piece by piece? what i mean is, tell them you're gay now, and maybe you can explain the aroace and demisexual parts when they're already comfortable with the fact that you're gay?
