So my friend from Ireland called 112 (Emergency services) because he tried to "Off" himself and I can't help him. Im in Australia and all I can do is DM him. I haven't been in the best headspace myself. I just want to cry, I dont know what to do.

try to be there as much as possible for him, Dm him often, but also give him enough space, let him know you care, and try to video call him often, giving small check ins. if you know his address, maybe send funny cards, or non melting treats to cheer him up
