so, im Bi, and nonbinary, but my mom and dad are extremely homophobic. my dad has anger issuses and is some what abusive. i have a boyfriend they know nothing about either, and he is homophobic, but supports me, (working on changing his opinion). mean while, my mother does not approve of nonbinarys, saying it is un holy and not christian. im irreligious, and they are christian. as much as i want to die rn, i dont know how to tell them.

Sometimes the best thing to do is to not tell them which is very sad to bottle it up and not tell the people you love but sometimes it is best for your saftey unless you can support yourself and i dont know what situation your are in. but From previous experiences it is very hard to change christians minds and opintions and it can be very challenging.

thanks for the info, the one time my mom found out i was dating a girl, she guilt trapped me, and sent me to a rehab center saying i was mentally insane, so ive figured i couldnt tell them but wanted more info. thanks!
