non-homophobic parents

my parents are nowhere near homophobic, and they know im genderfluid, but i dont know how to come out as pansexual. its different because one was identity, and now its romance.

i feel like if i say "im not straight" they'll just say "i knew that" because ive accidentally semi-came out a few times (mentioned i had a crush on my female friend, told my dad i was questioning to get out of coming out, etc)

if anyone has any advice about coming out to non-homophobic parents, that'd be great :3

if they are not homophobic at all that makes it sound really easy to come out, just tell them? You can also ask them how do they feel about people from the lgbt community just to be totally safe (even though I think it's already safe to tell them)

the way i came out was just by sending an email (a text would probs also work). its way easier to pull the trigger on telling them over something like that from my experience : )
