Idk how to come out to my parents about me being trans. Their supporters but i feel scared for some reason..

I am very panicked rn, im demi-pan. but, my parents are the most homophobic people you could find, i don't know what to do, if anyone has advice ant this i need to know because im freaking out. I am feeling like im on the verge of a mental break down and im trusting the people of this Community to try to help me or give advice.

A lot of my friends are trans. I believe in you that you can come out. I came out as gay to my father and he was okay. Take deep breaths and give hints maybe.
