When I came out as bi my dad, who unbeknownst to me was homophobic and my mom, who acted like she didn't care straight up didn't believe me. My dad ended up being fully supportive and my mom just tried multiple times to convince me I only liked men and she knew I was only trying to be interesting. Well my dad's VERY transphobic, but since my mom quit drinking she became all spiritual. I think what I'm most scared of is that they'll say I'm being stupid and attention seeking by changing my gender regularly.
