Honestly people like the one who posted this are trolls who literally pick every sexuality the server has to offer. Then the first thing they post is this.

Honestly the amount of Minors in this server that talk about self harming and doing body harm isn't even funny. And honestly its a reportable offence now to threaten self harm in a discord server.

This isnt a councling server this is litreally a server for all ages. And If people truly feel this way they need therapy not discord.

Because this is what trolls do they say these things and move on to alts. People who are seriously LGBTQIA+ don't just pick every role that's in a server and they defiantly don't go to a random server and say they are gonna off themselves and a time limit and chances are why they aren't responding is cause again. Talking about self harm in this level is a offense to TOS and Community guidelines on Discord. Also if you read how many people wanna to harm themselves in this server on the daily you would see why it becomes numb and viewed as just wanting attention.

Also look at most peoples ages who threaten to harm themselves they are mostly minors. Most who truly do this action don't sit there and advertise it every week or come in and blast it to a bunch of strangers. Hence why most people who are claiming it shut down the moment help is offered and or presented to them. Or suddenly they claim they don't need therapy when they clearly do.

Your also speaking to someone who worked for a Self harming hotline for years. Also lets be real why they are doing this. Its to spread fear that everyones gonna judge them for being LGBTQIA+ or that they wanna strike fear claiming that they are alone. These kids are mostly 13-15 who claim this and most of them dont even know what they are let alone anything else. And most of these claims are cause they lost a boyfriend or a girlfriend and they do this to find someone else. Also they say these things to their boyfriends and girlfriends to lose them its a form of manipulation and to force someone to stay by you.

Its not normal to want to harm yourself in anyways shape or form. And it should not be something people use to get attention or weaponized as much as it is. Or joked about as much as it has been in this very server.

Don't believe me look at mental health and notice how many of these are done daily. Look how many of these people are active in the server still. Also its been proven that people make alts say things like this then jump on their main. Oh I do take it serious thats why I am saying look at the big picture. Look at stats about this stuff on the difference between real self harming and those who use it for attention. Again it takes 10 mins to scroll forever in the Mental health and see that the people who claim it are still active in this server.

Also I wanna point out this server Is an LGBTQIA+ server its not a counseling server we are not therapist given the people who speak the most in these areas are minors and not many adults even respond there's a reason for that.

Oh I know you are and this is why they do this to worry people and put the thoughts in other peoples minds who are healthy and thats how panic spreads and thats how its so popular for people to say these types of things. Its to get a reaction from those who care.

I was just filling you in on more of why i think this is happening and why i believe that most cases including on this discord its for attention. Plus something i wanted to say we are not responsible for strangers actions. If someone is going to self harm there is no acutally stopping them. The only course of stopping them is reporting them and offering resources for mental health help. This also stops people from using it for trolling reasons. When they realize that cops will do a welfare check and show up at your door that's when they stop playing games. and this does happen for a good reason.

Also I bring up a very good fact that if people truly are gonna do it they aren't doing it like this person did. Also again we as a community is not responsible for someone's mental health issues or their actions taken by there own hands. That's just the truth and I am speaking from someone who truly did do things when I was younger and someone who has been and seen people who have done self harm. Hence why I use to work at a self harming hotline for many years.
