I need help persuading some of our system to block someone

So there is someone qho we thought was a friend for 2 years but recently they started saying that all they do is hurt people and they caused someone.
Also says they manipulates many people and their past loves
They have had a crush on our host awnse around the time they metand we knew about it. They have been with about half of the people in our discord family server(30-40 people) that have been there for a while
They were faking being a system and caused the forming of a few of us and some for other systems
After one of us vented in a server about something very sensitive(we have not experienced it, it was a headmate memory specifically) and then they went to our dms and told her that "ive done it 4 or so times and you get used to it after a while. It gets boring"
We also dont know if he is a minor or not because of the way they act and how their voice sounds(very very deep)
i dont know if i missed anything but i truly believe that this guy isnt good news, that we should block him, and that he should be banned from our servers. ~ Aster

And they dont want to block them because they are afraid hes gonna need help with something, calmed down, emotional support, that kind of stuff ~ Aster

Heya! So im not completely sure how systems work in all, i used to be friends with the host of a system. But ive seen people like that. Theres one guy in specific that recently hurt me. His name is angel, or wendigo. But my mom has always said "trust someone when they show you their true self" i would recommend trying to ask the other people in y'alls server to see how their relationships ended and their advice, im sory you guys are going through this and my dms are always open if you need to talk :))
