hey, please don’t suicide ! you’re not alone in this, i can totally relate to what you said, that you’re always the leftover in school, i get how hard it can be to go there every day, try to get through the day and it feels like you wasted half of your day, i understand how you don’t feel well in your life, life can be very challenging, but there’s highs and lows, soon it’s gonna be better, trust me, and always remember that those feelings won’t be permanent, but the solution you’re thinking about would be ! my bf is in a very similar situation, after he was in a fight with his parents he also thinks the way you do, i just asked him what usually helps him calm down again to feel better, you could try talking to a person you love, like a friend, someone who wasn’t involved in the conflict, but someone you trust, either to distract yourself or to talk about your feelings and to try finding a solution. another thing which might help is music, i’m sure you can find plenty of songs you can relate to, which will help you to understand your feelings and help you feel better, maybe you first need to cry but after a bit it’s gonna help, then another idea would be, do what you enjoy to do, some hobby or smth, you could also reflect what you did wrong in the conflict and what the other person did wrong, then you can think what you could change about that, you could start journaling to find out more about your emotions (that could be combined with the self reflection after a conflict). and always know, you’re not alone in this, if you need anything you can always dm me or you can find professional help here https://discord.com/channels/1077258761443483708/1176992653179621458 <3

Makes sense. Those numbers (should be at least? completely anonymous but still, I understand how talking to someone live can be a bit stressful.
I think there’re numbers you can text as well on that list.
I’m not really aware what all is there, especially outside of my country
i suggest you call out to maybe a teacher or a trusted person at school thats an adult also reaching out to cps and maybe through either of these options you can get to some type of theraphy even if its just via online theraphy also looking online for good theraphies that fit your problems is a good way to find which for of theraphy you need also the help lines in this server are genuine and good i get that it might be scary but maybe just try it who knows it might help know your not alone in this and theres people to help you even if you feel alone theres always people out there caring for you
then you need a better therapist you should trust the therapist
