well, see ive come out to family and some friends, but im scared to come out as bi to my friends ive known for 2-3 years because they all are extremely homophobic, and so is 90 percent of my school and im scared of being judged or harassed. how do i overcome this fear-

im not too scared abt teachers, im scared abt other kids

ive already had threats against me for just even walking like the stereotypical gay dude js for the fun of it with my friend, and alot of people already hate me so yk kinda scared-

So I am bi or gay been for 5 ish years and I had the same fear for a while, I did not want to tell anyone but over the last couple of years I have just been coming out to friends and family I can trust. I dont see a reason to have to put a public tag saying look at me but you can if you want to just people will be against you if your too public

i mean im scared to come out to friends, and they are well.. the type of people to spread alot of rumors, and false info if u say anything like that to them, ive come out to my family, and some of my friends but i feel so weird feeling like i have to belike oh im straight cus my friends are homophobic as heck-

Personally I have homophbic friends and yeah I know its a hard situation.. I would not do something that feels forced dont do something against you're will but keeping that weight on your shoulders is heavy. I would tell people I can trust and if your school has a "Safe Place" to check it out
