Im trans (Ftm) and also gay... My dad doesnt believe people can be trans and is very homophobic idk what to do, he believes im still a girl which i hate

When he's really against it, you shoudent tell him. I know this might be then hard on you, but it can really get worse. But you can try to maby bring it up and try to axplain it to him how those people (secretly you) feel like becouse of it. From there you can Continue forward, giving him time after the talk and how he reacted, come out.

Ive tried, ive brought up how trans people feel, and he just said "are you one of them huh??", he disowned my brother for being trans and gay as well

and just so, I whoudent tell him, when he's really against it, he wont change his mind, some people are sadly like that. I would also be kinda scared that you would be kicked out or having then worse mental abuse when he let's you stay (transphobes then also often use the wrong gender then even more against there children) so I woudent do it, and roote that you whoudent tell him, but in the end it's your decision. I really wish you the best and that everthing will get better

im slightly going through the same thing, im trans, (mtf) and i think gay. its just i dont know if my parents are against trans people, and im too scared to ask them anything…

yeah, I would say don’t come out because you always have to make sure your safe first, and with your dad being like that, it seems like you wont be safe. If i were you i would try to ask him why he does not like trans people, and maybe find a website or something to educate him more on that. I may be wrong, but it seems like he knows little to nothing about trans people. Just make sure you stay safe!
