It's normal, many are ashamed for it often becouse inviroment that is often not rooting for it TwT(there are ofcourse more reasons for it) . But maby you should talk to your bf about it that your kinda ashamed of it, and get a solution together, then to hide him from everyone is also related to him, and maby it will help both of you
