I recently been getting so many panic attacks at night, during sports, and in school hallways. I feel most the time confused, disoriented, and strangely dettatached from reality. my vision blurs and zooms out and my heart goes crazy. sometimes my mind goes completely blank and I get hot flashes. Usually this occurs because I think of mortality and the thought of losing conciousness at the end of my life scares the living hell out of me. I have no way of controlling these feelings currently and its sooooo annoying to deal with. Can someone please give me tips on how to manage this extreme panic? I literally passed out earlier today (for the first time) because one of my panic attacks were so bad. It would be nice to know how to not feel unreal and fake all the time.

You could try and distract yourself, like if you start to feel disoriented you could think of a game, a song, you could hum to yourself and/or talk to someone. But while you’re in the state of not disoriented or panicking it would be best to practice these methods to train yourself into being able to do them while you’re disoriented and then panicked

well at least for the most part. if its extremely severe I usually have to sit it through. severe panic attacks make it hard for me to remember stuff and im so confused that I just have to sit it through.

no usually i stopped dead in my tracks and sometimes felt really bad with no clear relief. most the time I have severe ones, but at least I can decrease the amount of panic attacks i get.
Whatever makes you progress forward :] & I’m just wondering what happens when you stop during sports or in hallways. Like could you get a friend to follow you around to like put you “back in reality”
