I'm thinking that i'm trans, but how do i come out to my parents/friends? I feel like people are going to make fun of me for being trans (a few people already are)

yeah i get that, I dont know. I knew that it was ok to kinda come out to my mom because of how she has been really open about a lot of things since she went to therapy
Are you still dependant on them, for housing and such ?

if you're not sure on their views i would say yes
but you can still maybe express yourself differently with clothing and see how they react

It's just that it could be really bad for you if they react badly
and take my advice with a grain of salt, I am just a guy on the net lol
maybe you can have a hotline or something in your country that can help you figuring it out

You can disguise it as a question or remark, like "oh someone in my school came out as transgender" & see what they say
