It happens to me sometimes, i always want to cry
Crying is a natural part of our bodies coping mechanism. It’s always ok to cry and honestly, I always feel a bit better after I cry out whatever it is. It can feel like some of that stress is finally released l.

It’s no help that crying has been made to be looked down upon, but at the end of the day it doesn’t mean you’re any less “tough” or whatever you want to call it
