i hope you get better soon 🫶
Wish you all the strength you need to keep going 🙏🏼
I'm proud of you, you're valid and cared about ♥️
hey, thanks for sharing all that—it means a lot. you’ve been through so much, and it really shows how strong you are. your cat therapist sounds so sweet—sometimes animals just get it. healing isn’t a straight line, but you’re making progress, and that matters.
about being trans and not feeling supported by your mom—that’s really tough, and i’m sorry you’re going through that. your identity is real and valid, even if others don’t see it yet. you’re not alone, and i’m here for you, always rooting for you.
Here are some tips for mental health if u want:
Talk to someone you trust – Even just venting can help lighten the load. You don’t have to carry everything alone.
Make time for things you enjoy – Whether it’s drawing, listening to music, gaming, or hanging with your pet, small joys matter.
Create a simple routine – Even a basic plan (like wake up, eat, rest, sleep) can help make days feel more manageable.
Breathe and ground yourself – Deep breaths, touching something soft, or noticing 5 things around you can calm your mind.
Rest is valid – You don’t have to be productive all the time. Taking care of your mind includes resting without guilt.
Journal or voice note your thoughts – Getting stuff out of your head can make it feel less overwhelming.
Set gentle goals – Tiny goals like brushing your hair or drinking water are still wins. Be kind to yourself about what you can do.
Limit doom-scrolling or negative content – Protect your peace. It’s okay to step back from things that make you feel worse.
Let yourself feel – It’s okay to cry. Emotions aren’t weak—they’re human.
Celebrate little victories – Even if it feels silly. If you got out of bed, talked to someone, or smiled today—go you.
also - what helps me - hide everything sharp as well as possible
it helps me not to trigger myself into these thoughts
