||I can't really handle stuff anymore. I usually cvt myself to release my anger on myself. everyday I get bullied at school just cause of my weight and almost everything, I can't even sit peacefully in school they keep trying to steal my stuff and my phone. and when I try to defend myself they just run to the principals office and I get expelled all the time. one of them is a boxer basically and just hit me in the center of my chest and I couldn't breathe. fell to the floor and had to go to a hospital, I fully passed out.i just can't even handle stuff at home. I have letters wrote to my family and my one singular friend. I just want to get up one night and stab myself in the chest. I can't handle this shit anymore. I cut myself every single night. I try to stop but can't cause someone has to ruin it all the time. I love everyone. I don't wish any bad luck to anyone, I just want to fucking kill myself. I can't stop thinking of suicide it's basically my last option out of this shit.||

Please discuss a possible school change with your guardian this isn't how it's supposed to be the principal shouldn't be taking sides directly especially with you having been injured

Hope you get into a better situation soon<3

hey, i know things are really heavy right now, and i'm so sorry you’re dealing with all of this. you don’t deserve to be treated like that or feel unsafe. what you're going through is serious, and your life matters. you don’t have to carry this alone—there are people who want to help, and you deserve that support.

i’m not a professional, but please try reaching out to someone who is—a counselor, therapist, or crisis line. even if it feels like no one sees your worth, you do have worth. this pain doesn’t have to last forever. you’re not alone, and i’m really glad you’re still here.

Mental health tips: Feel your feelings – All emotions are valid. Let them out.

Write + release – Write it down, then tear or burn it safely.

Safe spot – Create a peaceful corner with calming things.

Ground yourself – Carry a small item to stay present.

Reasons to stay – Keep a list of things that make you want to keep going.

Anger release – Squeeze, punch, or rip something safely.

Pause + text – Message someone before doing anything harmful.

Speak up at school – Talk to a counselor or teacher.

Be kind to yourself – Mistakes don’t mean failure.

You’re not a burden – Asking for help is human.
