I would suggest going to a doctor if you're feeling sudden and intense pain (although, saying that, I do come from a country where healthcare is free, so I don't know how easy it is to see a medical professional elsewhere). Otherwise, I would suggest taking things easy and not doing anything that could make it worse (such as overworking yourself, for example). Have you tried taking any sort of painkillers or anything? (I'm no doctor by the way, so I apologise if my advice isn't the best)
I've tried MULTIPLE times but my mom won't take me to the doctor
Continue to ask. Its better going and everything being fine than not going and something being wrong. Stay hydrated in the mean time. (If you wear glasses it may be time for new ones).
Contact someone you trust. A school nurse, family member, a friends family. If its seriously bothering you dont step down and continue to ask.
Would having a school nurse contact your mom help?
