Is it normal to think that everything is my fault whenever something goes wrong? Even when its not my fault? (I have severe anxiety if that helps at all)

not normal overall but normal for severe anxiety unfortunately
its something you have to kinda train yourself not to think but it can take a lot to get out of that mindset sometimes :(
