ive never felt that way before but i have had suicidal thoughts. let yourself rest and calm down before doing anything. even if it’s just laying in your bed or taking a nap, it helped a lot for me
I've also had su!c!d@l thoughts before. Sometimes I feel it's harder not to act on them than others. I definitely feel somewhat better now after having slept but I still feel rather jittery and somewhat still in the worse mental state
