Nah Kim and Cammy's damage is pretty equal.. it gets equalized or greater in Level 3 Buff.

Level 3 buff just normalizes Kim's damage to the same as the rest of the cast. Example her Throw does 1082 unbuffed and 1200 while buffed.. all beta characters throws did 1200

Cammy only has 1 + on block button and that's Cr Hp

One thing im testing is how viable Tatsu and Cr HP against Hooligan

as well as jump back air throw
