Our entire workflow runs on Claude and Claude Code. Claude subscription will be provided to every team member from day one.

- Real software engineering background, not just AI tool usage
- Hands-on with Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering
- Prior shipped work using Claude Code or AI dev tools — must be showable
- Pre-AI-era programming experience is a strong plus

- Real marketing experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Email, Ads
- Has used AI tools in actual campaigns or content systems with examples to show
- Growth mindset — not post-scheduling
- Owns brand and content from zero
