Hey there @minor tendon this is relate to Stripe in general, are you using a prepaid card?
prepaid card doesn't work anymore? I use to buy cursor from my prepaid visa
I think stripe sometime decline because of vpn?
Not all prepaid cards, depending on how/where the prepaid is coming from.
I can buy one from Canadá being in the US and it won’t work

Hey @neon trout I’m sorry to hear that you were charged again, with the refund process usually we cant do refunds above the time of 3 days past the first purchase, hence you can still try and mail hi@cursor.com
Check on: cursor.com/dashboard
and try to change plans or move to a lower tier

Hello Cursor Team,
I previously canceled my subscription through Stripe, so I was surprised to see that a charge was made again today.
Approximately 30 minutes ago (on April 16, 2026), a subscription fee was deducted from my account despite the cancellation.
Could you please review this issue and clarify why this charge occurred? I would also like to request a refund for this payment, as my subscription had already been canceled.
