#Stop cursor from committing to the repository?

It appears that cursor will to git commit and git push to the repository without me telling it to do so, it does not even let me know it has done that?

There is a place in settings to tell it which commands to never run, but I'm not sure it works. Because I've added git commands to it and it still occasionally tries to commit and even push. Maybe I entered things incorrectly, IDK.
