URGENT HELP NEEDED: Account Compromised & Fraudulent Charges

Hi @support team, I am posting here for urgent visibility. I have already sent a detailed report to [email protected].

My account has been fully compromised. An attacker has:

1. Exhausted all my Pro "Premium Fast Requests".
2. Enabled Usage-Based Pricing without my consent.
3. Generated fraudulent charges by making rapid calls to claude-4-opus-thinking.
4. Locked me out of my account – I cannot change my password or enable MFA.

Request for Immediate Action:

• Please freeze my account to stop any further charges.
• Please terminate all active sessions to lock out the attacker.
• Please assist with a secure account recovery process.
