Unless you're on an RP-realm, all servers are connected in some sense, letting you randomly run into people from any other non-RP server in your region anywhere in the world.

It sounds like you are familiar with ship routes in Classic, but they were revised in a later expansion. In Cataclysm there was definitely a direct boat between Teldrassil and Stormwind. Possibly in Wrath of the Lich King even.

I'd suggest doing the Stormsong Valley Questline and ensure you get Storm's Wake up to at least Friendly.
That way you can unlock World Quests and the Flight Whistle instantly at 50.

That's the thing. With a big opening burst, you're not just playing against the class but also the player. Shock and alarm and an attempt to trigger the fight or flight response. Rogues and arms warriors do it too in their own ways

It seems you don't increase your Blacksmithing level anymore (used to be 1-250 or whatever), but when I'm in Kul Tiras, I can only create things with a min requirement of lvl 45, even when I'm only lvl 10. professions are splitted by expansion now

basically,all expansions are "1-50" now,as for the level they cover
professions are separated by expansion,meaning that if you want to do kultiras blacksmithing,you dont have to do 700skillpoints and go through every other expansion before you're even able to start that one
you can start kultiras blacksmithing right away(1-175 i think),and if you want to get some blacksmithing recipes from older expansions
you go to that expansion's trainer,and train "pandaren blacksmithing" or "legion blacksmithing"
etc etc,and you can train them individually
basically instead of having one bar with 0/800 skill points,you now have 8 bars with 0/100 each for each expansion

i got the quest but since i had the Anduin bug i tried this advice on Wowhead - Abandoned all quests, including "An Unwelcome Advisor". Took "Shores of Fate" from Maiev in the adjacent room. HSed to Boralus and logged out. Logged back in, automatically got the "An Unwelcome Advisor". Went back to Throne Room and BOOM Anduin was there.

If you can't complete this because Turalyon sits on the Throne, abandoning the quest On Whispered Winds will make you switch to the correct phase where Anduin will once again sit on the throne and you will be able to complete this quest.

Name platers or Elvui. I use Elvui and have debuffs show up on name plates, but if you don't want to use a whole new UI, I'm pretty sure name platers will do the same.
