WoW is basically a simulation of a real economy, so when you have someone who subverts the normal methods of contributing to that economy and thus flooding it with materials and gold, you get massive inflation and price gouging.

Get exalted with the Highmountain Rep in the Legion zones then do they questline they give you.
World quests and emissaries will get you the rep for them. On occasion rep tokens from your Order Hall Table.

There should be a portal to Azsuna in the Broken Isles in your portal sanctum, and Highmountain is the northmost region in that continent.
If you have the pink dalaran hearthstone, that'll get you there too.

Hey @pallid fulcrum warrior shouldn't be too bad input wise, but they are still tuning numbers for shadowlands so rotations etc are still likely to change.
Keep an eye on YouTube as there will likely be some warrior guides as we approach the launch date
When you get into the game you could also play around with the "class trial" feature that let's you try out classes at high levels 🙂

One prepatch and one expansion release patch, AFAIK. It used to be like that in the past. In more recent expansions we just had the prepatch and then Blizzard "flipped the switch" on their server on expansion release, but this time they needed more time to polish everything. @frigid raven

You need to get the PvP mount for a given season by doing Rated Arenas or Rated BGs at a rating of 1400 or higher.
Then when that bar is filled up, you can start progress towards earning a Vicious Saddle, which lets you buy Vicious mounts from previous expansions, such as the Vicious War Trike.
Just for reference, 2v2s give about 0.4% of the total needed for PvP mount per win above 1400 Rating.
3v3s give 1.25%
And Rated BGs give 2.5%
And you need to fill that bar twice.
Considering the Season is going to end soon, it's unlikely you'll be able to farm up enough points to do this before it ends.
So the best bet is waiting for the first Shadowlands season is going to start and give it a big ol' try then.

Best Paladin spec in terms of relative performance is Holy. Prot is a great and easy tank and Ret does a ton of damage, but lacks some group utility.

If you do not have a form of payment attached; You can't buy a wow token straight off. 2. if you buy using a balance, it appears the balance has to be there first. Balance can take up to 3 days before it can be used. 3. If you bought balance already when you asked yesterday; you may need to wait till tomorrow (was it yesterday? I work overnights and get days mixed up)

Ok another question - maybe not the best place for it but I'm looking to do a 5 mask run. All research done, cloak resist of 116 - wondering what the best group makeup is. I'm thinking that 2-3 ranged might be easiest because the mobs have less health than with a full group and ranged keeps you away from a lot of sanity loss. Not sure if a healer is necessary.

The only thing really stopping you is other players' perceptions.
Playing with a guild usually eliminates this issue, unless it's a cesspool guild.

you can do it in a matter of days with the current rep buff and surplus of world quests/dailies/main story of argus
up to you whether you think it's worth waiting to get them for 'free' or doing them now for a few days to get them sooner

It looks like in 2017 it was removed for pre-60 old world zones. Current forum posts seem to suggest it's across the board now.

What MG is really known for is Tournament of Ages, WoW's largest non-Blizzard sponsored event in the entire game.
Had 3000 attendees over the first week of August and they raised like $15000 for charity. The leader, Maxen, shaved his head on stream because they reached their goal.
We even had a Forbes article
It's why I'm always disappointed when people call RP stupid or define the community by the Goldshire community.

RP servers are just a comfortable gathering place for RPers with minor technical changes. They have everything standard servers have so it sounds like you'd enjoy it.

Ehhhhh it depends on your playstyle but if you're wanting to keep up with getting it in a month you'd need more than one 120 and farm a lot of stuff
It's not something you can get as a trial, so you'd have to spend at least a month or two play time with normal money while you're starting out and establishing characters and income

there are two Toy Heirlooms that unlock alot of Flight Points; 2 for Alliance and 2 for Horde
they aren't CRAZY expensive...but can be a bit outta reach for a new player
