IMO, if a friend convinces you to boost a character in order to play with him, I suppose it could be fine (in a sense, this whole boosting system was established for this reason), but he is then responsible for showing you all the ropes.

unless they plan to get rid of racial perks in Shadowlands, Orc would probably be the best race for a hunter. They have increased pet damage. Ultimately though, it's probably not going make a huge difference

So i am currently looking at tanks and what i might enjoy. So far i have it down to Paladin or Monk.
I have looked a bit into both but ... Monk i feel like it might be a bit rough holding with groups. Kegs radius seems to be rather small and the only other aoe i can think of is Fire Breathing.

And idk once you get to max level and get some gear it could be like 5 or 10 hours a week or more depending on what else you need gold for. Thats to get the 120,000 gold or so needed to get a wow token per month.

They're good at pvp cause they have a lot of mobility, and they're not the best, but they're good at dungeons
they're easy to pick up but they have a lot of tools you can dive into the more skilled you get
if you have a sub, you can always make a class trial, and test out how the healers play in proving grounds

@steady patrol I would start without anything except the subscription or game time. It allows you to get to level 110. Then you can decide if you want to upgrade depending on how you liked it.
Shadowlands alone doesn't give you BFA. Only the complete edition does, which is a separate position in the shop.

Hey, I downloaded the free trial version recently and a few hours later decided to purchase the monthly subscription. My game doesn't seem to changed in any aspect. I should have content unlocked until legion, so I suppose new loading screen? Also the sub mention rewards for leveling up I got none of them. The purchase history show up in battlenet and my credit card is also in deficit. So what's the difference exactly, can anyone elaborate please?

@pallid fulcrum the loading screens are based on your area where you're logging in. So you will always see the "classic" loading screen whenever you login / port to an older area. If you can increase your level to level 21 your gametime was successfully added. Also you can't access any dungeons that are not "classic" until you're level 58 if I recall correctly.
If there is no [+] Button right next to your play button your subscription is most likely approved. If you're on gametime instead of a subscription it'll show your remaining days. Also if you're able to increase experience beyond level 20 everthing should be fine :)
