tactics are important in raids, you're more than likely taking damage when you shouldn't be. That's about the best advice you can get.

There's not some magic "i win" button. Your gear and what you're doing wrong in raids is why you're dying.

On your minimap there'll be a Magnifying glass looking button, click that and look for the option for "Repairs"; it'll mark them on your map when you're close. Major cities and inns usually have them almost everywhere

Half the merchants repair. Blacksmith trainers if you look at their inventory, engineering trainers...if you hover over a merchants, an anvil icon appears if they repair. A bag if they don't.

Hey new player here, I've got 2 questions:

1-Ally races, for new players, are pretty much not accesible at all until 2-3-4 months in game, right? I should not aim to try to get them grinding, better just play the normal races I guess?

2- I havent played many mmo's, one of the only ones was Metin2 (not so popular) and the class I enjoyed the most was a class called Mirror Sura, which overall was a melee based DPS where you would basically have only buffs+debuffs spells, and from then you'd mainly have strong one target fights. Which is the most similar? Maybe retribution paladin? or Blood Dark Knight?

Yeah, as a druid your animal form speed is 30-60 percent depending on level

#

which for lower levels is great

#

but when you get 100% riding at 40, I usually make the swtich

#

however, at 60 you get free flying and you can become a bird

but you need to pay for faster flying at higher levels after

Hey all, I’m looking to get some clarity on how raid boss lockouts work with respect to the raid instances. If I kill a random assortment of bosses in LFG one night, then go to start my own group the next and load into the instance, will those bosses be dead because my lockout has them defeated? Will trash to those bosses be cleared? Or will all bosses and trash be up because it’s a new instance? Thanks!

PVP question about Vicious Saddle (who's familiar with it): Blizzard just told me when you get one, you won't get an Alliance or Horde equivalent on the other faction. I don't think that's true because when I got Vicious War Wolf using Vicious Saddle back back in like 2013, I also received Vicious War Steed which was Alliance equivalent (and originally it was only 1 mount on 1 faction but that changed back in 2013 too). Is that still the case or did things change? I just came back after 2016 or so not familiar with Legion/BFA changes

In normal world my armor and weapons lose damage and armor resistance when condition starts going below 60% ish.

Does that happen in mythic?

Because i did a m8 the other day and died ALOT.... but got through. And had super low condition weapons but i didnt notice a huge drop in dps.

On weekly reset, let's say you start a mythic raid and 29 people join, your team kills wrathion and 29 people leave, so it's just you left, you then relist your group the next boss and 29 new people join (people who have never done any mythic raid this week), you kill the next boss. Now does all 29 people who joined first and the 29 new people who joined second all have access to the same raid ID? So there's 58 people who're eligible to join your group as well anyone else who has not stepped foot into the mythic raid in the weekly reset.

Hey there, I've only played on Darkspear because thats the server that my friend used to play, but i learned that the server has considerable less players compared to the most populated ones. Since more players = more opportunities to guild/raid/more alive world, I wonder if its worth to abandon all my chars on darkspear and start anew on a more populated server like area 52 or frostmourne. Even though i have to level up all over again, in the long run, I guess its worth it, right?

Hello there, i have not played WoW in about a year and wanting to get back into it with my gf who has never played. I am not super experienced with the game as i only myself played for around half a year which is not that long.

I was wondering what would be the best way to go about helping my gf lvl up a character fairly quickly? I would buy the expansion pack for her however don’t want to spend that much money until i know for sure she would enjoy the game.

At the moment she has no character but it will be a Horde character when it will be made.

Dungeons or levelling. The XP boost active right now is a massive bonus, but no matter which you pick it'll be much much faster for the both of you.

You could also do the Recruit a friend program with her to boost it even faster

Yeah il do RAF for sure glad to hear there is an xp boost going on should help. My main issue is i have always had a boosted character so i have 0 experience or where to go / what questlines to do early on for nice exp etc.

Absolutely anything and anywhere with the boost. You can even do a level sync if you prefer (so you play a 120, her lvl 1, it syncs you down to level 1 i believe)

using the dungeon finder is fine, it puts you in a random group and a random dungeon, you go through, easy levels.
It's just an alternative to questing is all, not really a major thing.

only difference currently is that you will level quickly and multiple times in a dungeon, so you'll get more abilities and things to learn faster

For faster leveling if you’re going dps. I recommend doing regular questing as well. Since now all rewards from quests change level depending on your own anyway. Main reason because it takes some time for the queue to pop, unless you’re a tank or healer. Tanks still get a group instantly 🤣

Or like me, you can just change the sound settings so that you can hear the queue pop and just read “you know what” subreddit.

There are multiple raid instances in the game. With three, well... Technically 4 difficulty settings. Starting from easiest: Random raid find, Normal, Heroic and Mythic.

Random Raid Finder is easiest, though not all the time. Since you join a random group with all random people. It can be considered a raid with training wheels attached and doesn’t have many mechanics, but is fine for gearing for mythic+ dungeons.
