I think it will start similar to Wotlk cinematic in Northrend with Lament of the Highborne playing while it pans to Sylvanas looking towards Icecrown Citadel. And then a fight between Bolvar and Sylvanas start. After some time she will defeat (but not kill) him and rip a tear/portal which she goes into and it takes her into the Shadowlands

They can file trademarks whenever they want. In fact they generally don't do trademarks til it's announced except in some random country without a searchable database then spread it to New Zealand when it's announced. They could change it whenever they want.
