N’zoth likely is still at that location from Chronicle, there’s nothing disputing that. Nazjatar is a massive city, and we land on the very edge of it. The eternal palace was never a thing before 8.2, so nothing ever stated it wasn’t next to Nzoths prison, even with Nazjatar stretching all the way to the maelstrom
